I needed a storage unit at 4:50 and they stayed until I was in!

Unfair charges.

I have no complaints with the actual facility itself, it was great and clean. And the staff was friendly enough. But I was on automatic payments at the first of the month, so obviously charged a full month in advance. I moved out a week into the month assuming like any other place I would be refunded the remainder of the month. But this was not the case, instead I was told their company doesnât do that. So I paid an entire month for 6 days of use. Yet when I moved in, they had no problem prorating the charge for only the amount of time I would be using. Do not use this place, that is just a way to scam people out of their money. I was not told about this in the beginning otherwise I would never had use them.

Friendly and helpful

At first we rented a 10x20 at 65$ a mo th but needed a 10x30 but the rent went up to 120$ a month I donât understand why it doubles.

Good morning Rebecca, the $65 mthly rent on 10x20 was a special price we were running on that size unit. They are usually higher in rent. The 10x30 is not on special so the normal monthly rental price is $120. Hope this explains the price difference, please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions at 405-735-1171.
