Rude and unprofessional!

Totally unprofessional!!! Don’t waste your time with this place! They were a waste of our time! We came and looked at a space to store our sons vehicle last week. Had one picked out. Came to rent it this week, and they turned us away because he is a College student. They new that when we came last week. Now in a bind.

Dear Shellee, We are sorry the space did not work out due to the tight fit for that particular unit. We have now marked it so all employees are aware that it is too tight a fit for a vehicle to access. We rent to many college students and appreciate their business!
