CubeSmart Self Storage - King of Prussia - 550 Allendale Rd

I was moving my mother in law's belongings at a very stressful time. The manager stayed open just for me to select the perfect location and size unit for her things. He could not have had more patience. The location was so convenient, easy access and parking at any time, climate controlled, very clean (even the bathroom). They even had a line of carts located right inside the door for anyones use, making carrying heavy loads so much quicker and easier. The office carries an array of packing items which was fantastic in a pinch. They offer courtesy drinks and candies in the office also, which was just what I needed when moving. I felt I was very safe and secure in the building, there is video cameras both in and outside the building, and the safe regularly checks the building - which I saw them doing at times. I will definitely use this location again - 5 Stars! 10 out of 10!

The first impression I got as I walked into the office was how neat and organized everything was. When I was greeted by the manager John his energy was calm, even though it was close to closing time. His explanation of how to use this facility was clear and uncomplicated. His demeanor was friendly and authentic. I like that quality in a person. I feel sure that all my belongings will be safe there, so that takes the worry out of storing my possesions there.

Facility is clean and secure in a excellent location. My move in experience was positive with a big loading doc and numerous carts to move your furniture. Did I mention it was HOT outside during our move? Climate controlled facility was a pleasure, which was well maintained, and secure. The staff is extremely friendly, competent, and professional.
