Not so great experience

Had trouble finding the unit. Did not realize it was inside the building. It took 3 customer service reps to tell me anything below 500’s was inside the building. No one on site to help you. One cart to move all your things into unit. Floors very bumpy. Overhead door requires two people to open.

Quick, easy and affordable

When I found this storage it was after business hours and yet someone still answered and was able to take payment and get me taken care of! I couldn't be more happier to be doing business here and would recommend it to anyone in need of a storage facility
