Units need to be locked at all times, 10x20 units require 2 locks at all times.
Reservations are only confirmed and secured by payment.
A 50.00 non-refundable security deposit is due upon signing.
Prices are each month, and due by the 1st of each month (discounts cannot be combined)
Discounts are for the first 2 FULL months only.
Discounts last 2 to 6 months depending on availability.
Must pay prorated month and first month up front with any other fees.
If you are late, discounts will be removed, and you will pay full price of the unit.

Units are rented daily so availability is not guaranteed.
24 hour access available with monthly payment.
Discounts may not be combined at any time.
All discounts do expire.
Rates do Increase at times, Notices posted threw out the facility months prior to increase (See Contract)
Admin and or Deposit fees may apply

NO Money returned if prepaid.
If we terminate you rental for non compliance, No return of Money is provided.,
When moving out, you MUST move out prior to the last working day of the month, in order to not to be charged the entire next months rent.

No Trash left Behind at All. What you bring needs to be taken with you at move out.
