Gloria in Charlotte was very helpful and patient with showing us different units to meet our needs. We are so happy for the convenience. Its 5 minutes from my home; and we drive up to the unit. We pay $40 cheaper than another location for the same size!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Ms. Gloria is a gem! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Walked me through the entire process as it was my first time renting a storage unit.
