About Red Dot Storage - Lafayette Road

Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance.
Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed.
All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.

Scary

When I went to move in, the main gate appeared broken or not working, it was open all day and at night after close on the first and second day. Best thing is that someone did show up while I was moving in, believing that I was up to no good, but open gate may have been the reason for a prompt response....not sure how long I will keep this unit as security seems very unreliable with gate. Put two locks on unit as not very secure and lack of communication with management of the facility. Looking into insurance may try to add insurance that I did not purchase at move in. May be a good investment at this facility.

Thank God for Kiosks!

After searching Clarksville far and wide, a customer representative told me about Red Dot and informed me that there is a kiosk at the site which would enable me to sign up for a storage unit at any time of day or night. That was music to my ears considering other facilities closed at 4pm or earlier. I had a little bit of trouble with my access code but when I called the customer rep back, he was able to assist me immediately. The units are very clean. Even though I am paying way more than what I wanted to pay, it was not a bad decision.
