    Most of the units are well above the gravel grade, not paved or concrete. Requires lifting of storage items. Appears to be an older storage area. Customer service was extremely slow and confusing at times. Appeared to be operating from a script and she did not answer questions correctly.

    Hi Darrell, I appreciate your review and am sorry to see that you had some issues. The units are purposely built above grade so that there wont be any drainage going into units. Properties with units right on the ground could easily get water into them. As far as the age, we have recently been reinvesting into the property. In October and November we put a new roof on every building and also repainted all the buildings. We have also updated the lighting as well. We do have processes in place for unit rentals so that we have uniformity and to make sure nothing is missed. This may be why it seemed like a script is followed.     It seemed to be clean and really nice and the security is awesome
