RightSpace Storage - Wylie

I have been coming to this storage place for my mail needs for years. Today I was turned away twice. The 1st time was for not triple wrapping my sealed shampoo and he refused to let me purchase supplies from the store saying that it must be double ziplock. I went home and came back with what he deemed acceptable packaging. I let him know I read that this rule was not made a law from what I understood, but that I did as he asked me to do. He then turned me away because he said I can not send more than 4oz of liquid. I have read the rules and more than 4 oz is definitely allowed especially when triple packaged. I have enjoyed all other employee interactions, but now sadly I will never return to this establishment that had become a trusted place for me to visit often.

I reserved this u it for my Mother. It is easy to get to, Employees are professional and friendly. The place is clean and moving in was a breeze. Trucks were able to get in and out without a problem. My Sister over saw the process for us.
