Poor customer service

A lock was put on my unit. Management claims it was nobody that works there but implied that it was somebody I know. They know that it is not my lock and that I am current in my payments. However, they refuse to cut the lock off because they donât want to âget involvedâ because they say maybe âa cousin or some family memberâ put it on there. This totally made-up scenario of theirs makes no sense. I have no family members involved in this storage unit. It is not a family storage unit. It is MY storage unit, with MY name on it, and I PAY FOR it. Why would they make up not wanting to get involved in a family situation as a reason to not take off a lock? Maybe they put it on. They told me I could pay a locksmith $40 to take it off. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE. It is not secure and has poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
