Wonderful customer service

When we first leased the unit, the front gate code did not work for us. The corporate office lady was so helpful and sweet (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). She waited to assist us after 5pm when I was able to drive out there and try it again. It ended up being a malfunction on their end but because of her awesome customer service, we didn't even get annoyed. I also love how clean the unit and area stays.

My Possessions are SAFE

I was looking for a storage facility close to my home, clean, friendly staff, SAFE for my stuff, easy to drive in, well lit, and at a great value. A lot to ask? Yes....but I found it all in one place: BE SAFE STORAGE! This facility is CLEAN and well kept. There are many cameras watching at all times. The lights are many and bright. It is right next to the I 35 which means super easy access. The prices for the spaces is the BEST VALUE around. And, BE SAFE STORAGE is centrally located to Bruceville, Eddy, Hewitt, Lorena, Waco, Temple, Moody, and McGregor Texas. Join me in keeping your possessions SAFE by renting at BE SAFE STORAGE!!
