Don't store here - they have a RAT infestation

Destroyed several items in my unit. I've never seen that much rat urine and feces. The form I was given to file a claim I found out 2 months later that that insurance hadn't done business with them more than a month prior to the office giving me the form. NO manager ever calls you back. NO ONE responds! Clearly, they don't keep up with pest control. SO GROSS - DO NOT STORE HERE!
