Unprofessional Staff

There is a central booking telephone number used to set up your self-storage unit but when you call the storage facility to gain access to your self-storage unit no one answers the phone or returns your call. If you have limited days with a moving truck you will be in a jam for this companyâs unprofessionalism. I am now back to looking for a storage unit and out of days with my moving truck. Please do not use this company.
