Clear Creek Storage

I love the facility, however, during the first unload, my access number on my card would not work. I had to call the office to get assistance. They gave me a different number to use and stated she would reset my number and it would be good to go. During the second drop off, there was a couple in a U-Haul that was in front of me and their access code would not work. I tried my number again & it would not work either. The office was closed. My movers came from Austin to pack up my home. Very inconveniencing! The movers had to go in the side gate and attempt to get the exit gate open for all of us to get in. It worked thankfully. Nonetheless, it was raining & extremely cold outside, which made my move dreadful. The office was closed and no one answered the phone number. There should be an emergency number for these types of situations. I do not know what I would have done if the movers could not get the gate open. I paid a lot of money for this move and I know I would have been charged alot more for storage if they would of had to take my belongings in their truck to Austin and bring it back to Killeen.

Terry was very friendly, professional and helpful. I really like that the facility is clean, secured, hidden and easy to navigate.
