Above and beyond Customer Service

I had been looking around for about a month and came across Self Storage. Krislyn is awesome she took me for a tour of the property and showed me the unit...everything very clean. I can already tell I am going to love this place. Thanks!!

A couple issues

1) They didn't honor the discount promised when I signed up online. They worked with me on a discount, but it was less than promised. 2) The unit is listed as a 5' by 10' but it only measures 48" across. I fit everything in that I needed to but if I needed 5 feet and only got 4 I would have been more upset. This is fraud.
