I only had the unit a few months and sent a letter to cancel. They emailed back stating they received it. I had lost my key to the lock but figured they would cut it off. Two months later I noticed they charged my card. Spoke to Tom and found out that because the lock was on the unit they assumed I was still in it. I asked if they received a cancellation letter why wouldn't they call to ask about the lock? He said they have 400 units and can't keep up with all of them. I used to manage apartments and I always contacted a resident in the same situation and we had over 600 units. Obviously no refund but agreed to waive $10 lock cut off fee....wow!!!! Very disappointed!!!!

The staff feels like family. Everything was made easy. The property is clean all around. I recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a unit in the area.

The promotional rate of $39 caught my eye. The staff both Dana and Linda were super helpful, answered all my questions, and I truly felt they cared and are dedicated to customer service. Facility is clean, secure and with convenient features like elevator, carts, and alarms on each of the units.
