Life Storage - San Antonio - 10126 Potranco Road

My mother is an elderly person who has trouble walking as most seniors do. Mom sold her house and has moved in with me and we have used life storage in the past off Tezel and Culebra and we loved it there staff was awesome helpful etc. Here is a total different story. Manager there is rude and to my opinion lazy. Just wanted to get the contract signed didn't show us where the storage unit was just said 3 floor here's a map just follow it. She never mentioned of using the code in the elevator, she didn't mention there was a plastic blue strip that needed to be cut off in order open the unit. She got upset when we had to go all they way back down to tell her she made a face and stated she was busy. As there was no customers in the lobby nor on the phone. In order for you to use a flat bed there you have to give then our DL in order to use it and you only can use one (where at the other location you can use 2 or 3. If you have people helping you can load then really quick and move on but here is a different story it could take u all day to unload with one flatbed (where this was an issues) and then here's the kicker you have to turn in the flat bed before they close as you can't use after hours because, they have been stolen in the past and they need to lock it up. My opinion on this is #1 you have insurance #2 you are not providing for the customer as you should #3 if they were stolen you have cameras everywhere you can get a licenses plate number and report to police. Why should the customers who are there be punished on this personal issues and companies like this always have liabilities so this is a given to provide better service as this is a big company and I'm sure this is not your first time at the Rodeo !!
