La Salle Storage

So I rented out a storage unit for a few months, and decided to visit/fill my unit. Well upon arrival, I looked for my unit, and was surprised that there were 5 units with the exact same number, but categorized by section with letters; problem is that they dont tell you what section your unit is in the email if you order online. So I called the manager and asked her where my unit was, and she told me that there was only one unit with that digit number (which was untrue)... I ended up having to go look for my number at each section of the lot and try to see if I could open it with my lock code (thankfully I was able to). After trogging through the driveway with my table to bring it to the storage unit, we looked in and saw how unsafe it is to actually store our stuff in it; seems that each unit isnt fully closed off, and someone from the next unit over could climb up and hop into our unit - though it's a tight squeeze, a grown adult could definitely still fit. I believe I will complain to the manager about how unsafe having those spaces above each wall is, but I'm not sure if it will get me anywhere.
