Worst customer service!

Save yourself and take your things anywhere else!!! The WORST, laziest, most incompetent people running this place!!! I tried to throw some things away in their dumpster that says it's for pink for storage units and it was locked. Had to call 10 times before someone would pick up, she did not want to come unlock it, had to wait 10 minutes for her to come unlock it. She wouldn't let me dump anything but a broken bin and said the dumpster is for the workers who live above the office. YIKES. Seriously, go anywhere else to store your things. You'll have better luck. You're welcome.

We appreciate that you chose to store with us. Yes, the dumpster is locked for facility use as many facilities do to keep costs under control but we will make exceptions for a small amount of trash. Our on-site manager may have been assisting other customer's needs at the time as all of our tenants are very important to us! We wish you all the best in your future. Thank you.

Moving from St George and needed storage for 6 months

The process of completing paperwork was fantastic. She was very acknowledged and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this storage unit to any one.
