DO NOT rent from Brickyard! They have no one to help with anything on site or answer phones if there is an issue. Any attempt to contact them goes to a big realty investment group that knows nothing about the unit. They have given me the wrong gate code several times, and my stuff has been locked in there for months with the wrong gate code. Terrible customer service for the price of a unit. I will be moving my unit out as soon as possible.

I have rented here for 18 months, and I have been very happy with the security and easy access to the storage units. This property has many units of various sizes, and it has been very easy to move from a larger unit to a smaller unit when I needed to do so. You can also pay your rent online through their website, and there is 24 hour access to your storage unit by using a security code you receive when you rent your unit. There are many self storage properties in the area, and the prices at Brickyard Self Storage are much cheaper than others nearby. I am very happy renting from Brickyard and I highly recommend this property if you are in need of a storage unit in the Millcreek and Brickyard area.

Have had a great experience with Brickyard Self Storage. I had a billing issues I found out about only because I got a lock on my unit when they were going through a management change but now that they have resolved that issue this place is a great place to rent a storage unit!

Facility is nice enough but the customer service is abysmal. Response time is very slow and they continued to bill us for nearly 2 months past when we had closed our contract and exited the facility despite numerous attempts to contact them (email/voice/txt). Frustrating for somethings that should be so simple.
