Kicked me out because they didn't tell the truth.

I rented my unit July 27, 2022. Paid the months rent, never got a month free. First of August they start blowing up my phone saying I owed money. 4 days prior I paid for a month. Pretty soon they were charging me a late fee on top of what they claim was due. When I argued with the person that is supposed to be the manager I was evicted. I had three days to get my stuff out. I couldn't do it alone and I signed up to bid on my own unit but it was sold before the 60 days the law says they have to wait. Oh and though he had my driver's license in front of him, never spelled my name right or even had me connected to the right account. The address they have on the letter is not, nor ever was mine. I feel sorry for whoever is renting from that address. They probably can't get in. I'm very angry it was sold before 60 days. Well more than angry ð¡

Thank you for contacting us. You were issued a Notice of Termination due to your harassment of our employees and failure to follow the Rental Agreement. We gave you ample time to move your items out and followed the law regarding the sale of storage spaces. I am sorry you were not happy with your experience.

Full of empty promises

About a month ago I knew I would need a storage unit. Need the unit for a Sunday the Saturday before I reserved a unit. Filled out the paper work and paid for the unit. Sounds easy well with out a access code it's useless. The paper work tell you to call a 800 number to get a access code. That numbers was busy all weekend it probably still is. Can't get the code thar way try the office . No answer Saturday about 2 pm 4 hours after paper work was finished. Voice mail never returned. NBD I think they claim to be open Sunday. They are not . The only way to fet a live person it to act like you eant to rent a unit. Voice mail never returned Ever! Never received a access code or the promised refund only a month later. Customer service us a dying skill . AT STORAGE ECT it's Dead. It may seem trivial but not one promise made was kept.

Great Facility, Fantastic Customer Service

I moved in as planned with no issues or problems. The facility is clean, and very well-maintained and the electronic locks are super convenient. Best of all was the customer service. I was helped by Jacob, who very patiently and kindly helped me out with all my questions and concerns. He really did go above and beyond! I would highly recommend Storage, Etc. to anyone.
