Life Storage - Alexandria - 5765 General Washington Drive

The price for a container is very reasonable, but the customer service was not the best. The person I had seemed to be distracted and the first person I encountered was either tired or still in training. Either way the experience was a bit frustrating at first but ended on a good note. However when I came to use the storage space on the next day it was the worse. I was unable to use it. The manager at the site put the lock back on. The office was closed and I was offered another storage space. I took it and was told that the space that was given to me was bigger than what I paid for and suggested that I might what to move my things out. I called the guy from central office and got no answer then the guy called and explained they did an override. I got the storage space for my rate for 6 months after that I was told it will go up about $100. My suggestion is to ask for a tour.

I moved to Life Storage because the facility I had been using kept dramatically raising their monthly prices. I couldn’t be happier with my change in facilities. Life Storage is cleaner, newer, and climate controlled. And manager Pedro could not have been nicer. Thanks Pedro!
