Horrible Customer Service

I had rented a unit here in the past and was extremely happy. However, I called to inquired about unit. I spoke with Tami. She was rude and abrasive. She would not or could not answer my direct questions regarding price. When I asked to speak to a manager or another associate she told he there was no one else I could speak with. Before writing this review, I called back (with a hope of getting service as I don't like writing bad reviews). The next person I spoke with was pleasant and answered all my questions.
