850.00 RENTAL

I paid 850.00 for 2 months of storage. I did give a 2 week+ notice but NOT the 30 day. I currently do not have the trailer it was picked up due to me being finished and scheduling pickup. then i got charge another months rent even tho my second months completion date hasn't come. I was charged a 3rd months rent for a trailer no longer in my yard. $850.00 for less than two months storage is absolutely ridiculous. Basically anyone know its and two weeks notice counts for something. if the tables were flipped I am sure this place would have the same mind set! READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT.

Hello Daniel, we offer the flexibility of month to month leases and require a 30 day notice when our customers plan on terminating the rental agreement. We sent you the vacate notice along with the rental agreement to help make you aware of this fact, but did not receive it back until you were reminded of the needed notice when you called to schedule your final pick up. We must treat everyone fairly. We are sorry that you are disappointed in our services but we do still appreciate your business.

Your self storage on wheels definitely fulfilled my need! It made my storage experience very easy, affordable and almost effortless! I would definitely recommend your services to anyone who needs this kind of service! (And I am not easily impresssed). Thank You!!

So far, so good!

Received the unit in excellent condition. We are getting our belongings situated and ready to put into the storage facility, probably in another week or so. Process and service has been great, couldn't ask for better.
