The contract has ridiculously unfair terms.

The fine print of the non-negotiable contract requires renters to sign agreeing to absolve the facility and its personnel from all liability, even for their own negligence. None of us enjoy such a right in our private lives, why should StorageMax? Don't agree to such terms.
