Great but could be cleaner

I love that this storage is under 5 mins away from where I live and the district manager assisted helped find a storage for me when the front person said the storage that I reserved is gone (even though they sent a confirmation that it has been reserved). I’ve recently moved my stuff and things went smooth except that each time I go to the storage place the garbage in the parking lot is starting to mount. When I come in the gate it’s the first thing to greet me. Inside the storage place too there are random trashes like plastic or paper bags that people leave after they store their stuff. If the facility gets maintained well and both inside and outside of the building are clean I would strongly recommend this place to everyone I know who needs storage space.
