JC is the best

My husband and I couldn’t unlock the unit, we started questioning if it’s the right unit. The office was closed. JC helped us even though he’s sick not working for the day. He made a phone call for us. It’s so cold, he only wore a T-shirt outside to help. He’s awesome! He has helped us many times, always nice and patient. He definitely deserves a five stars.

JC was the best part of dealing with this storage facility !!!

I needed to move my best friends items from his apt into a storage unit. I am not from the Enfield area so I looked on line for storage places to see how much and where they were. I came across Public Storage on Elm St in Enfield. I spoke to JC. There are not enough kind words in the English language to describe my opinion about JC. He has the best personality for that position. He was knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my story about my friend and even helped me find someone to move the items. JC is an asset to that Public Storage facility on Elm in Enfield. JC definitely made my life easier during that difficult time I was going through. "Thank you' JC. You are the BEST !!!
