false advertise

they claim you can access your storage at any time with the side gate. when ever your try to access when the office is closed the side door is locked. what is the purpose of the gate and code if you cant use it

This move-in occurred as we were finishing integrating our security system with our gate access. The system came online shortly after this review was left.

I received great customer service, and that's very important to me. The facility is nice and clean including the restroom.
