It is always a hair on fire experience in moving.

It is always a hair on fire experience in moving. Thankfully a professional like Sandy at Self storage was there to put out the fire. Sandy had my reservation and outlined the rules and information about the storage property very well. If renting ask for Sandy she is on the ball. The only downer was that when I went home to apply the APP to my phone the APP was NOT tech friendly and was unable to perform and therefore I will use access code and recommend any new unit shoppers to do the same

The representative Sandy at the Malden...

The representative Sandy at the Malden was outstanding. She was very thorough in giving me the necessary information needed and happily answered all of my questions . She was very polite and not at all pushy like the people at Uhaul down the street. I have been in retail for 26 years and she is definitely an asset to your business. Especially during these trying times of the pandemic.
