We reserved the spot a week in advance. When the time came to store the vehicle, the pass code we were given didn't work. We called both phone numbers listed by the gate, and got voice mail on both. After 10 minutes of messing around, another client came by. We showed him all our rental papers and ID, and he let us in, also informing us he had the same issue when he tried to move in. Since we were storing my employer's vehicle for 3 months, he almost missed his plane.
