I call to reserve the truck at 9 am they did not open till 10:30 am the store the employee was late and forgot the van he had to look and find one

what the mr said is vvery wrong and baseless , mr said i opened at 10:30 when i was out in the units and i told him that ill be there on a minute , seccond mr said that i took more than 30 minutes to make the contract , when i do finish less than 10 minutes and third , mr said i take to muck time to bring the truck , obviously he dont know that we have 7 locations and only 2 trucks here in laredo texas , and we need anticipation for the truckso i told him to let me bring it and that gave me approximately 15 minutes to bring it , so is not fair to blame me for something unfounded , hope understand my discomfort , thanks.....
