Huge price increases, so beware.

Lure you in with competitive price then hike it up 60% in one year!!! I’ve experienced 2 price increases for a total of $43 a month ,over a stretch of a one year period. Business practices like this could cause tenants to lose their possessions due to inability to afford the huge cost increases. Staff is fine. Rental process is typical. Facilities is typical of a storage business. Not sure how long I’ll continue to rent here. I understand price increases but not like this!

Great location, friendly office manager

Location was perfect for us off near Woodlake. Office manager was very helpful and has great sense of humor. Price was good and size suited our needs.
