The pricing is reasonable. The staff were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The paperwork was more than expected. The unit smelled a bit from mildew and I wished I had more time or come early to disinfect it. The entry and exit were easy to maneuver and the inside lighting acceptable.

I've had units for a long while and occasionally there've been some problems. But they'very always been handled promptly and courteously. Kim has bee consistently helpful with everything we needed, and has a great sense of humor on top of that!

I have had a unit for approximately 4 years. In past year and half there have been several new employees. The building is no longer kept clean, roaches are showing up dead and alive in hallways. Outside the buildings are not kept up. My experience is when things cosmetic go downward the more important things plummet also. After arriving on several occasions to a secure code door being left open, people blocking exits and the employees will not address time has come to move. I think the last straw was walking in the bathroom with tiolet paper all over floor and trash overflowing. I no longer feel as facility is safe, clean or secure.
