We are conveniently located off Hwy 7 and Louisiana Ave South across from Sam's Club in St. Louis Park.

We offer a clean and courteous self-storage facility for your personal or business needs, outside storage as well as U-Haul Truck Rental. Our exceptional customer service is what makes us confident that we stand out from the rest and our state of the art security provides a safe and convenient self-storage solution for your valued possessions.

-24/7 access is a monthly charge of 38.00 per month.
-Electricity is an additional charge
-All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase
-Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title
37 admin fee every rental
-Outdoor parking there is an additional 32 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable
We carry a complete line of packing supplies like various sized boxes, locks, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, packing paper, shrink wrap, packing tape, twine, box cutters and everything else you may need to successfully prepare your items for safe storage.

My experience was fine, person checking us in was very nice. I do not like the fact that there are no lights in the storage unit or even an outlet to plug a lamp into. I will have to see how things go as to if the unit will work or not for our needs.

Great price for a non climate controlled storage!

I reserved my unit over the phone with Caroline she was pleasant and very easy to deal with. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a great price and location.

Upon arrival with a hired moving company that was paid hourly the attendant was on lunch break and waited an hour for him to return to do the paperwork and then allowed my moving company to begin unloading. As a consequence I was charged an extra moving expense! I had to return the following Monday with my home insurance policy to hopefully get a $9 refund only next bill. I feel that my bad experience is attributed to a girl named Casey as when along the reservation she did not inform me of the "lunch break" period of time when the facility was unattended and also the need to bring my homeowners insurance policy along. I also had to purchase a padlock at the storage unit because I was unaware of that . Hopefully my belongings are safe at such a poorly operated business.

We are sorry to hear your experience didn't go as planned. The name you mentioned is not an employee of ours, so you must have spoken with someone directly at SpareFoot. As I'm sure you can respect, employees are given a lunch break each day. Units do not come supplied with a lock - at any storage facility, that is always the responsibility of the tenant whether they bring one from home or purchase one on site. Insurance is also the responsibility of the tenant, again, whether they provide proof via homeowner's insurance or purchase it through a third party on site. We strive to provide great customer service and look forward to proving so for the rest of your stay with us.
