it was quick and easy to get my unit and the unit it a reasonable price with easy access and it's climate controlled too. I'm very happy and I like that access is limited until 9pm as to control security. I also like that someone is there to Watch the units 24/7.

Everything is great besides the elevator. Youâd think the elevator would stay open longer than 2 seconds in order to move bulky stuff in and out. Also none of the doors can be held open. Those two things make ingress and egress WAY more difficult than it needs to beFull Review
Super easy move in with very friendly staff, the facility is very clean and feels safe both for my stuff in storage and for myself when I am at my unit. The only little issue I had was I wasn't informed beforehand that I would need to bring proof of insurance for my possessions being stored at the facility or pay for their insurance, but a call to my insurance company and an email from them solved that issue. just took some extra time.
You have to go to the other location (about 8 minutes away) to pick up the truck if you need it to move in, cost $10 plus gas to use but well worth it and it is easy to drive.Full Review

The day I was moving out was very cold in the 20s my lock had frozen up and I could not get it open. Mike the facility manager saw my issue and was able to open the lock for me. He was very helpful and even replaced the frozen lock. Very nice people to do business with.Full Review

We rented a 5 x 10 first floor interior unit and moved our stuff in. All went smoothly and both the indoor and outdoor areas were immaculate.
