This was very quick and painless, Kim Cummane, was very helpful and accommodating, considering I really didn't how much space I needed.
I have rented space in the past from your competitors, very disappointing with come on gimmicks, just to be charged more than the advertised specials. CubeSmart was spot on perfect, delivering exact what was promised, no stings. I LOVED that.
Of course the location was perfect, only a few miles from our facility.

Melissa at the front desk is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The place fits the bill and works for me. One item I would change would be how the gutters drain. I had to load things into my unit in the rain and I got wetter from the gutters than I did from the downpour. The water was pooling in front of my unit. I have never used a Public Storage facility before so I was brand new to the whole process. The woman at the desk was very patient and helpful. I was also pleased with the price, which was cheaper than another place in the area. I was happy to find that this facility has a gate that requires a unique passcode. I was assigned a space that was close to the front entrance that was very clean and easily accessible. They also suggested I buy a tarp because the concrete sweats, I didn't know anything about that so I got it and also purchased some plastic to cover my furniture. Everything went smoothly. The only thing I will say is that when quoting prices they should include that rental insurance is required and give the price. Luckily I have homeowners insurance that includes my storage so I didn't need it but for people who don't have it, it is important to include that upfront so people can make an informed decision about the cost.Full Review

Unfortunately, I had no choice to move from another Public Storage facility to this one. I was told that the facility was heated, but it's not. There is no lighting inside the unit. There's an overhead access door however there is no ramp. There are not enough carts, so I had to purchase my own. Poor snow plowing job. Ice everywhere.Full Review

Right after I reserved the unit, Dina called me to confirm and answer any questions I may have. Upon arrival, Dina gave us the full tour of the facility to make sure that we had the unit that would best suit our needs for storage. She guided us to each ramp and made sure we understood how to operate the doors as well as which dock would be the best route to our unit. She gave us all the information we needed and which unit pricing was best. I have no doubt that Dina will be the reason that we use this facility in the future. She's the best!Full Review
The staff is incredible nice and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and storage units very updated with climate control. It is easy to park and move your items. They evan give you a free truck for 4 hours just leave the gas where you had it. I priced out numerous storage facilities and this was the nicest and by far the cheapest. We rented a small space at this location for my daughter's things she would not need over the summer. It was a clean facility and provided us the space we needed to store her things. We did have to provide our own lock, but we do have the comfort knowing her items are safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to find the perfect size space.
