Samantha called me to follow up on our move in date. We asked to move the date to a sooner date and she had no problem doing so. When we arrived later that day she was very polite and welcoming. The facility was clean and well kept. She was knowledgeable and able to explain all documents and fees. She set up everything in quick and timely manner and with no delay. No problems, Nice Clean Unit, Friendly Staff, Just think that the 10% discount for Military should be for Veterans too, not just active military. I am an IRAQ Veteran with 27 years of service and it would of been nice to receive the 10% military discount. There are a few other storage places that honor Veterans.Full Review

I've been happy with my experience so far. The woman who helped me sign up remotely was very kind and fixed a misspelling on my contract quickly. The only issue is that there isn't an easy way for moving trucks to get into the facility. The service was great since I was helped out right away and got all my paperwork done fast. Students actually have a special pricing which was great. Then a day before I was to move in the manager called me and said the monthly price was too and they were charging me $20 more per month.
