nice storage , very pricey,problem the bathroom is not open after hours. ther should be a way custumers can us the bathroom when the office is closed. I have almost had an accident 3 times now.Please fix this issuse.Full Review

I did a google search on storage places and found Cubesmart to have some great reviews. So I decided to use their facilities. Juan was very kind and helpful. It only took a few minutes to get set up. The place was very clean. Plus its climate control which is very important. Good location.Full Review

I reserved a unit on-line and quickly received a confirmation e-mail followed by a telephone call to answer any questions I had. On arrival, Patty and Sherry were very friendly and helpful. Since we were new to the area,they provided lots of helpful tips and information including a suggestion to Uber to the Airport to save significant $'s on a taxi. The facility and our storage unit were clean and well looked after. A very pleasant experience and a very competitive price.Full Review

I arrived a my storage unit to begin dropping things off. First thing was the seal was already open. I spoke to a representative Dalma over the phone very nice. I asked her to please check that the unit was clean and she said she would. I don't she was able to get inside because she would have seen the unit needed to be swept. The reason she wasn't able to get inside was the latch was rusted shut it wouldn't budge. It took me about 15 minutes to open it. I almost gave up but I had a car loaded with boxes. I was made to buy a $18.00 lock that was already open so does that meant they made a copy of my key? So I'm not really thrilled with Cube Smart we'll see how long I stay.Full Review
