I was very concerned about security, and the cameras, codes for each area, and the unusual lock provide great peace of mind! I also wanted climate control for the summer heat, and since it was about 97' outside, the cold/cool air was refreshing as well as reassuring! The floors were shiny from being buffed, and there wasn't a single piece of , well, anything on the floors! The carts provided were a very manageable and SO appreciated!!! The staff was amazing, both in the office & the lady who drove the truck over for us to use for the move in (& for no charge, too!!). I would rate this a 10 out of 10!!Full Review

When i showed up i changed my mind to a bigger unit. The staff was knowledgeable on pricing and immediate availability without even checking the system. They had it open and ready for me when i showed up. They have security alarms and sprinkler systems on each unit which is very impressive. The pricing was outstanding! Prior to renting with Price Self Storage I read many reviews. Of course no one can disagree Ashlie is wonderful in customer service. And as I seen during my visit in the office with customer care and going the extra mile. My own experience was positive.
But as one reviewer said in a more negative review it's about more than customer service. Many complaints where about the gate hours and rent increase. From my experience with prior storage rentals both are part of every storage location. 1) to secure the property and their commitment that are valuables are secured and 2) just like apartment/home rentals - rental price increases.
What Price Self Storage offers that no other place does is the honesty of what you their value customer can expect from them. Not only is this information (gate hours and rent increase) verbally informed to you but it is in their lease agreement. Prices increase every x amount of months and the gates are available for access during these hours and closed during major holidays. I was surprised to hear no access during major holidays but I can respect it since I will refer back to their commitment of security.
Only thing I can think of that I read in the review but was not verbally informed to me was that a fee is charged if you stay a minute over gate access hours. However I did not thoroughly read the leasing agreement so it might have mentioned it.
As for a 4 star that is only because I don't rate anything over a 4.Full Review

The gentlemen were very nice and professional. The man assisting me did his job right and made sure to read the rules and policy to me. Other than that, I had no bad experience. Outside drive-up storage with roll-up door is suitable for my storage needs (8 x 10 space). Storage facility appears to be quite secure and accessible. However, there appears to be a "bottle neck" due to RV, boat and large vehicle storage which can cause a backup when entering the facility. The storage units are also very hot because of the summer heat and they are made from steel (the same containers you would find on a dock). Other than that, I find the drive-up to the door very convenient. Daniel was very helpful in assisting me with the registration process and explaining the rules.Full Review

I would not recommend this place to anyone. i chose this place because having AAA, the price is very reasonable, of course when i went in to sign paper work the man inside wouldn't even try to scan my card because it wasn't a physical card, it was through the AAA app. He refused to take it because " there was no expiration date " which there was, he said " his computer wouldn't scan it " he didn't even try. Therefore i had to miss out on all the benefits. Which i'm pretty sure AAA didn't make a "My card app " for it not to work. I sucked it up and paid for everything. I asked them to set me up with a u-haul and the man agreed, of course he forgot to do so and sent us off. After trying to find a u-haul place that was still open, we found one loaded it up and headed to the storage unit. I got there after office hours had closed and found my unit still had their padlock on it. I was so over this place but i was not going to head back home pay u-haul and extra day and search for another storage unit. I had to call the emergency security number and explain to them what happened. They connected me to the man that helped me earlier and he said he would be there in 20 mins. It ended up taking him almost 2 hours to get there. I was so frustrated, you only have access to your unit until 9p.m. and if you are there past 9 you get a fine.. I wasn't very happy with the fact that it was 20 to 9 when he finally showed up. When he finally got there all he told me was " I'll give you extra access time and knock $10 off your bill " $10?! I thought the first month was free considering i had to pay $130 for the first month and $20 for a lock but no they are calling me, emailing me saying my rent is past due . So i guess i have to fork up another $100 for the 16 days I've had the unit. This place is a mess . As i said before i would not recommend it.Full Review

Went on the scheduled day and was told there was no more available units and my reservation was just a inquiry. No where on the sheet did it says such. What blew me away the most about this facility: I booked this space around 1pm on a Friday scheduling to move in that day. I received a call from the facility within 10 minutes to confirm my booking and answer any queries I might have. This promptness was absolutely exceptional. The space was perfect for my purposes and the cheapest I could find in all of the wider Los Angeles area. If Iâm storing things while Iâm overseas again, Iâm storing them here.
