I rented a "five by five" storage space, but it actually measures just 3.5 x 5, a 30% reduction in the amount of space I thought I'd get. Next size up didn't have the $1 for first month offer, so I stuck with it, and it'll work out, but I'll have to pack pretty tightly in there to make it work.
Otherwise, the facility is the nicest storage place I've encountered, and have used several in the past. I appreciate that it's all indoors, and air conditioned. I'm not storing stuff that's sensitive to heat, but I am, so it'll be great staying cool while putting stuff in/getting stuff out.

Do not utilize this facility if you expect solid customer service. They raise the price on the units with no notice. The store manager refuses to respond to emails after several attempts over a 2 month period. I do not recommend this facility.Full Review

I had an email reservation to open a 5 x 10 unit two Saturday's ago, but arrived during the clerk's lunch hour. I also had the moving company van on the clock. This rude kid stated he was on his lunch hour and refused to check us in. I told him I was going somewhere else and he said he didn't care. This kid is going to lose this company a lot of business. He could have taken 15 minutes to check us in, then continued his lunch break. Luckily I found a better facility that cares about their customers. If he's going to treat me badly, imagine other customers. Get rid of this kid and find a better manager or else you will lose business.Full Review

I have been storing my stuff at Greens Storage since Oct 2018. The price I pay is so fair. The staff are super helpful , the facility is immaculate! Restrooms are spotless and just an overall pleasure to rent a unit here . Also love the fact that they have dolly's , flat bed carts and the big bucket tubs to haul your stuff to your unit . I'm really glad to know my belongings are safe in their storage. Thanks to all of you at Greens Storage, YOU ROCK!!Full Review
