Everyone is pleasant. Thank you so much for making our move so much easier. The storage bins are large, and very clean. They are also climate controlled and that made me very happy. My things stayed safe and sound. Much appreciated.

2nd time here. Last time as well. Im washing a large, white down comforter. That machine is $6.00 for cold cycle, $6.25 for warm, $6.50 for hot. I paid the extra to have HOT for WHITE fabrics. I leave for 10. Give it time to get through some of its cycle- come in and feel the glass of the washer-cold. I turn around to see the smile behind the desk, she was nice the first time too. I said Just letting you know the washers HOT water isnt working, the glass is cold to touch. She said, "Oh, you cant feel it from the outside". I said, "Wait, on hot cycle, you're saying you can't feel it through the glass"? She felt secure with her first answer and just kept smiling... I said, "Hmm in all my years of going to laundry mats across the SouthEast, Ive always felt the glass on the door to be sure it's warm-ensuring hot water. Crazy yall are the first one Ive met". 😳🥴 We were still kind to eachother. I dont think its literally her machine.. she just works there.. but an answer like that- makes you wonder if they even clean the compartments out of each unit for cleanliness, if they are contemplating gathering funds to fix thermostats on the machinery. I work at a mechanic shop. If you ask for brakes, we make sure you can stop! If I select 'Hot', then that is what the fabric requires for cleanliness. 🧼🧽 The fact that its washing in cool water, means my blanket is not clean today. My soap did not melt properly because the water was not HOT so soap chunks are stuck to blanket. When I opened the door to grab it out cold as ice. 🙄 I mean, I did actually work in an Operating Room- I actually did do brain surgery... so my whitts were about me and spot on. 🙃 In America, these small things can be annoying. I am thankful for the facility, the kind lady (who fibbed) and to be in there amongst all walks of life. So what Id like to ask, write on the machine- NO HOT WATER-. Easy peasy? Then people can find another machine, OR WAIT, for what they need. There is a laundry mat by PigglyWiggly.. Ive been there and like it. It just wasnt near Walmart where I was goin. Lying.. is something nobody likes. It keeps people away. Integrity is everything. At least I thought?🌏🌿🤲💓🤧

I will NEVER EVER rent a unit at this facility or do my laundry there because of a LAZY associate who is EXTREMELY RUDE and doesn't tend to her customers at all I believe her name is Lori. I was in there in inquire about a unit to rent and had to sit there and wait for her as she is having a personal conversation on her cell phone which sounded like her boyfriend or husband and had to sit there and wait for this conversation to end. I wasnt the only one waiting during this time and others even made the comment about how rude she was being and she should have these conversations on her own time.

Comfortable place to do laundry, easy in and out auto doors are life savers! The storage side is very nice and easy access as well with auto doors. The people working there are very nice and easy to get along with, drop off laundry service is a time saver!

Sarah and Teresa are amazing! I had to rent a storage unit due to a last minute business trip and they were both so kind and accommodating. I really did feel very welcomed and they both spoke so highly of the business! I actually needed a laundry mat in a pinch and when I walked in, I was pleasantly supervised at how clean the facility was. My items felt safe there so I was able to leave and come back. I will be using their facilities in the future and will make sure everyone knows how kind and accommodating they both were! Everyone else should take notes, because the prices elsewhere were much higher and the staff were terrible. Won’t be doing business with anyone else but B & G.
