Will constantly raise your rate above market price. Their only objective is money. $100 a month to $250 a month in two years. Who does that? Cube Smart, that's who.

I set up my reservation online thanks to the help of the CUBE SMART new customer department and once that was done, I was dealing with the general manager and his Asst. at my location. There were a number of things that came up that needed to be addressed and they were more than willing to help resolve those issues and finalize the purchase of the unit. I can’t say enough for their professionalism and I’m very happy that we will be storing our items there.

I HIGHLY recommend CubeSmart ! The property manager, Taylor at their Apache Trail/Ironwood facility in Apache Junction, AZ was genuinely kind and VERY professional ! He stayed 45 minutes past closing while I set up a digital card/wallet on my cellular phone, (as my credit card had expired, unbeknownst to me). This man deserves a raise ! Again . . . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUBESMART ! 😃

Storage was affordable because of the online discount. I asked the lady that runs it if I should pay monthly and told her we would be moving. She told me I would get a prorated refund for anytime I paid for but did not use in the storage. I prepaid 3 months and left half way through the last month, I did not recieve a refund. I called and asked why I didnt get a refund and she said she never said I would, I have a recording of the call, she absolutely did and that's the only reason I paid 3 months in advance. Also rented the unit on a Friday night not knowing there would be no one in the office and no way of accessing my unit until the following Monday. Be aware that if you rent online on a weekend, you wont get your gate code until Monday. It's centrally located and as long as you don't have to deal with the lady in the office It's pretty decent. Don't let the rolling doors slam open or your stuff will be covered in dirt and debris.
