Very accommodating

I had already paid for and started moving into a 5'x10' unit when I realized it wasn't going to be big enough, I went up to the front desk and explained. The gentleman was very accommodating, he helped me out and and got me a bigger unit that same day.

Great storage facility!

All my stuff would not fit in the original storage unit I purchased from another company. I didn't realize until too late what a horrible location/area my storage unit was in. I had to get extra storage unit for the rest of my stuff so I got one from this location. The grounds are landscaped very nice and kept up nicely. It is away from shopping centers and places so there are no people hanging around in the neighborhood that look as though they might be looking for trouble (like the first unit I ended up with). It was so refreshing and comforting to go put stuff in this unit after the experience at my last unit. I felt completely safe at the storage facility and surrounding area. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very comforting knowing my stuff would be safe here, and also feeling safe myself while I was here unloading my vehicle.
