Great customer service for out of towners

We needed a storage facility for our car asap. After calling a few places, we called Glendale Storage and they were able to make a reservation for our car and emailed all the necessary papers to us. Since we are in Missouri, our son was able to park our car securely for us and we will be able to pick it up as soon as we are back. We are very pleased with the customer service.

Very entertaining and pleasant experience!

Jim, the front desk agent who assisted me, was very helpful. And although the initial sign up was lengthy due to some unforeseen challenges, Jim kept the mood light and positive with his humor. Thank you!

Nice facility with friendly employees and clean storage areas.

My son used this storage facility for a couple of years and recommended them to me. The employees were friendly and helpful in the rental process. Their prices are great and the location is very convenient. They even offer a Senior discount!
