Booked on line. Friendly

Made reservation on line no deposit. Called day before arrival. Marquita was very friendly over the phone assured me storage was reserved. Arrived next day paper work was very quick, payed fee was taken to unit by Marquita as well unit wasn't big enough she phoned office ask for empty unit next size up, told me to go ahead unload she would return to office redo the paper work with correct unit number an have it ready when I got there. She did as well. She made the whole exsperance pleasant in transition.
