I have been a client here since 2002. In 2008 we acquired a second unit. Always took advantage of their pay a year in advance and get one month free. Rate increases were "reasonable" (0-$10) UNTIL the current owners purchased the property!!
Between 2013-2014 our unit went up $20/mo (8.03%) and we have just been notified it is now going up again $30/mo (11.15%). They have the ability to raise your rate 2x/year. The on-site management has no negotiating power and have found Corporate to be unresponsive.
They seem more focused on incentives for "new clients" than keeping loyal, pay-in-advance or who pay on-time.Full Review
