dont accomindate long term valued customers

i been a paying customer going on 8 years now i first signed up the monthly fee was 43 bucks . since then the rent has drastially doubled i feel after at least 5 years of being on time with ur payments which i also pay months in advance then as a valued customer we should be given a reduced rate which when i first signed on it was supposed to be a low rate that was locked in aledgedly... it turns out to be a different story with time as for security and accessability its a fine establishment and staff are kind and courteous its the rates and the rewards that need adjusting by the upper levels however being a small town with no other option i remain my loyal self and continue to do business wth oasis aka purely storage

I was greeted with positive and kindness and very easy to rent a unit did it all on line which was great took less then 10 min to do at front paperwork I'm very pleased with my service at storage unit thank you
