About Citizens Storage

Citizens Self Storage is a locally owned and operated facility. We offer many self storage services with secure individual units and RV, boat, and vehicle parking spaces. Our facility is very secure with digit video surveillance, electronic gate entry, and individually secured units. All of our units are drive up accessible 7 days a week during gate hours. Please note we are closed 12PM-1PM everyday for lunch.

Don't rent hear the are unfamiliar with sizes

I tried to move into this facility and the spot was to small because there was a container in the spot assigned to me, I had to give a $50 deposit to hold and charged $140 on move in. When I arrived to move in the young man at the desk moved me in and asked me to measure the trailer. He could not measure the trailer because I did not have it with me. I returned the next day to park it and the trailer disturbed the pivot point and a small car next to it wouldn't allow me in because I would hit it. When I called to explain the situation Christina was very rude and told me that I would only get $123 dollars back because her husband was a truck driver and didn't know how to drive it was my fault I couldn't get it in. She also explained to me that that $140 and $50 equal $123 And I was trying to get an extra $50 out of the deal (absurd) I just wanted the original amount back.
