Wasted time & Rip Off!

I don't usually rate businesses but I feel this is completely warranted! I reserved a 5 x 10 unit, online for $66.00 a month, with my movers on the way. When we arrived in the office, the office Manager wasn't going to honor our "Reservation" for the $66.00 a month and half off the first 2 months! She was talking about $100 a month. Then to make things worse, she said she would NOT write up the contract UNTIL she knew that everything fit into the unit!! Talk about a waste of time! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and frankly a RIP OFF with trying to PUSH the HIGH rates! We walked out of the place...I won't give them any of my business! I called "Extra Space Storage" and in 5 minutes, we had reserved our space with a FREE first month and $53.00 a month rate! Don't waste your time with "AAA Quality Self Storage" facility unless you have time and money to burn! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
