Thank you so so much Jennifer for saving the day! I really appreciate your stepping in and fixing my earlier problem with Christopher at a neighboring unit. Jennifer was extremely understanding, helpful, courteous and all around professional. She even stayed well after closing hours to make sure everything was situated with my unit. I felt very comfortable with Jennifer, and she worked really hard to make sure I got the right sized unit for the best price. I would highly recommend that everyone who is looking for storage to come her to THIS storage unit and specifically ask Jennifer. I did not have very good service or luck at other neighboring units. I just really really Really appreciate Jennifer for helping me out and turning this into a very positive experience for me and my family -- what with moving to the area and being new. Thanks :) 12/10 stars
